Bridging Leadership faculty are lifelong learners who strive to get better at cultivating the leadership skills of the learners they handle.

Modeled after and designed to be forward-compatible with the Zuellig Foundation BL Coaching Circle system, the BL Coach Level 1 is designed for first-time coaches who aspire to grow with the BL training ecosystem, especially outside of the health sector.  The BL Coacing Certificate Level 1 course also draws heavily from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) BL coaching system.

To strengthen the practice of BL coaching, BL Certified Coaches under the BL Institute are encouraged to apply for membership in the The Zuellig Family Foundation BL Coaches Circle (BLCC). This opens up opportunities to sharpen coaching skills.
