1. Manage Positive Client Relationships

4. Use BL Methods Effectively

Create 4 levels of questions and orchestrate focused conversations.

Use the BL methods appropriately and effectively.
· Facilitate BL-based Planning

Guide a historical description of the group journey

6. Orchestrate Quality Events

Set clear context, use participatory processes and bring appropriate closure.

7. Produce Effective Results
